Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India — here's exactly what to expect once you place an order.
Where we ship
Pan-India delivery only. We don't currently ship internationally.
Processing & delivery time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days
- Metro cities: 3–4 days after dispatch
- Other cities: 4–5 days after dispatch
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders, pan-India.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp, and email so you can follow your package the whole way.
Festive cutoff
For guaranteed delivery in time for Raksha Bandhan, place your order by 20 August. Orders placed after this date may still arrive before the festival, but we can't guarantee it.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only (UPI/card). Cash on delivery is not available.
Order changes & cancellations
- Before dispatch: you can cancel your order for a full refund
- Order modifications (address, scent, quantity) are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once an order is dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds policy applies instead
If your order arrives damaged
Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a free replacement.
Corporate & bulk orders
Any units in a corporate or bulk order that arrive damaged are replaced within 10 days, as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
